This Policy explains what information MOSBY collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect account, profile, academic, content, technical, security, and transaction-status information needed for the features you use.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize MOSBY, authenticate users, synchronize workspaces, deliver messages, provide support, maintain security, and comply with law.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on your location, processing is based on our agreement with you, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
4. When information is shared
Contracted providers may process information for cloud, storage, email, security, analytics, payment, or AI services. MOSBY does not sell personal information.
5. Visibility and community features
Private workspace content is not public by default. Content deliberately posted publicly is visible to the audience shown in that feature.
6. AI-assisted features
Prompts and relevant context may be processed by an AI provider. Do not include credentials, government identifiers, private medical records, or confidential information.
7. Storage, security, and international transfers
MOSBY uses safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Appropriate transfer safeguards are used where required.
8. Retention
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for the service, security, backups, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your information through support@mosby.app.
10. Younger users
MOSBY is not intended for children under 16 or under the minimum digital-consent age in their country.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will show the latest effective date. Contact support@mosby.app with privacy questions or rights requests.
