Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of MOSBY. By creating an account or using MOSBY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must obtain it.
2. What MOSBY provides
MOSBY provides tools for planning, study organization, academic tracking, community participation, and related student productivity. MOSBY is an organizational aid—not a guarantee of academic outcomes.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant MOSBY a limited licence to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse MOSBY, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, impersonate others, violate rights, harass others, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. AI-assisted features
Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently checked. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless a feature clearly requests it.
6. Paid features
If paid features are introduced, price, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach.
8. Availability and changes
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as MOSBY develops, with reasonable notice for material changes when practicable.
9. Disclaimers and liability
MOSBY is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. Liability is not excluded where it cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon without removing mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country.
11. Changes and contact
